Risotto

🥘 Ingredients

  • bacon
    6 slices
  • black pepper
  • butter
    45 g
  • chicken stock
    100 ml
  • garlic (finely diced)
    2 cloves
  • mushroom (cut into slices or cubes)
    200 ml
  • olive oil

  • onion (medium diced)

  • parmesan cheese (grated)

  • risotto rice
    250 ml
  • white wine
    75 ml

    Put olive oil and butter into a large pot and heat until the butter is melted.
    olive oil: 3 tbsp, butter: 45 g

    In a separate pan, add the stock cube to the required amount of water and start heating.

    Add garlic , onion , and bacon , and stir continuously for ⏱️ 3 minutes .
    garlic: 2 cloves (finely diced), onion: 2 (medium diced), bacon: 6 slices

    Add risotto rice and stir for around ⏱️ 5 minutes . Ensure that the rice does not begin to char to the bottom of the pot.
    risotto rice: 250 ml

    Stir the chicken stock to ensure it dissolves into the water.

    Add white wine and let the mixture simmer until it loses most of its liquid.
    white wine: 75 ml

    Add the chicken stock to the rice mixture in increments of chicken stock , making sure to stir continuously. After the first deciliter of stock, add mushroom .
    chicken stock: 100 ml, mushroom: 200 ml (cut into slices or cubes)

    Add parmesan cheese and black pepper .

    Let the mixture simmer until it has lost most of its liquid.
