1Put olive oil and butter into a large pot and heat until the butter is melted.olive oil: 3 tbsp, butter: 45 g

2In a separate pan, add the stock cube to the required amount of water and start heating.

3Add garlic , onion , and bacon , and stir continuously for ⏱️ 3 minutes .garlic: 2 cloves (finely diced), onion: 2 (medium diced), bacon: 6 slices

4Add risotto rice and stir for around ⏱️ 5 minutes . Ensure that the rice does not begin to char to the bottom of the pot.risotto rice: 250 ml

5Stir the chicken stock to ensure it dissolves into the water.

6Add white wine and let the mixture simmer until it loses most of its liquid.white wine: 75 ml

7Add the chicken stock to the rice mixture in increments of chicken stock , making sure to stir continuously. After the first deciliter of stock, add mushroom .chicken stock: 100 ml, mushroom: 200 ml (cut into slices or cubes)

8Add parmesan cheese and black pepper .parmesan cheese: 75 ml (grated), black pepper

9Let the mixture simmer until it has lost most of its liquid.
