  • tomato puree

    Remove tendons and excess fat from stew meat . Cut into roughly finger-sized pieces, across the grain.

    Cut onion into medium to large pieces for extra bite.

    If using, cut cocktail sausage .
    cocktail sausage: 1 (into 2 to 4 pieces)

    Season the chopped onion with the spice mix and paprika powder .
    paprika powder: 2 tbsp

    Add the meat and onion to pot and lightly fry in a splash of oil for ⏱️ 5-10 minutes .

    Add flour and fry for another few minutes.

    Add tomato puree and cream .
    tomato puree: 140g, cream: 500 ml

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Optional: add the cocktail sausages after ⏱️ 10 minutes .
